Hop Processing Best Practices Guide
Gorst Valley Hops has authored a 101-page Best Practices Guide in conjunction with the FDA and WI DATCP. This manual provides guidance on proper quality control procedures and food processing regulations for hop processing. It is our hope that both brewers and processors will use this manual as the minimum standard for food safety and quality concerns. The entire guide is free to download and review, and can be found at this link. Read the press release summary here.
