Topics Include:
- Detailed plant physiology and development
- Plantation operation by the calendar
- Soil chemistry and plant nutrition calculations (workgroup problem sets)

- Disease identification and remediation
- Irrigation scheduling and evapotranspiration calculations (workgroup problem sets)
- Detailed hop drying and oast construction (workgroup problem sets)

- How to accurately calculate plantation irrigation needs on a daily, weekly, monthly basis
